Easy fried Chicken recipe, honestly it really easy and tastes lovely


  • 2 breast Chicken
  •  250 mls Buttermilk
  • Italian Herbs
  • S&P
  • Mustard powder
  • 200 grams Plain Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder



  • Slice your chicken into strips
  • Add the chicken to your buttermilk, cover and allow to sit for at least 1/2hr
  • Mix your flour, Herbs, S&P and baking powder in a dish
  • After chicken has marinated in the buttermilk toss in the flour
  • ensure fully coated and allow to sit for 10 minutes
  • Deep fry on high for a few minutes then set to lower heat for another 10 minutes, just a few at time to allow an even colouring

Serve as you desire, I served with Mayo, fries and veg.
